Featuring a broken set wall with the silhouette of Bonkers, the hand-painted background and cel overlay were created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode titled "Trains, Toons, and Toon Trains," which aired on February 28, 1993. Measuring 10.5"x15" overall, with the character image measuring 2.5"x13.5", the background and cel overlay are in very good condition with pin holes in the corners from studio use, peg holes reinforced, tape all along the top edge and middle, and corners creasing the top right.
