A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Forge explaining the time travel device to Wolverine, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season one episode "Days of Future Past, Part 1," which aired on March 13, 1993. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 8.5"x10.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, including scratches, minimal black line fade, and paper transfer stuck to the reverse of the paint from storage and studio use. The cel has been paired with a reproduction color copy background for presentation purposes.
